Please cancel your order before it is shipped.
In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can't be cancelled using our website.
Refund requests are accepted for mismatch or order issues.
We accept the refund request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, color or design or in case an item is missing/wrong/damage in a combo order.

Missing Item
Refund request can be accepted if an item is missing in a combo order.
Wrong/Damage
Refund request can be accepted if an item is wrong or damaged in a combo order.
Processing
Once the product has been picked up, the refund is processed in the next 5-7 working days with the same transaction mode.
